Easily Amused

I made Pasta Primavera tonight...and let me just ask, just how cool (or dorky) is it to love getting to go into my own herb garden and pick fresh basil, parsly and chives to cook with????

hey did you know you can dry those herbs in the micro to use later this year?! I have dryed a bunch of my lemon basil-need to do it with my regular basil and other herbs. only herb you CANT dry very well is chives. throw a bunch in a freezer bag then in the freezer-they will keep for about 6 months or so.
